Andy Evans is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a highly analytical background in capital markets and acquisitions. Early in his career, Andy has worked on over $500M in commercial real estate transactions across all asset types with an emphasis on multifamily.

Prior to joining PCE, Andy Evans spent two years working in capital markets at Concord Summit, one of the leading intermediaries between sponsors and providers of capital for commercial real estate debt and equity financing. His role spanned the entire life cycle of the transaction including sourcing, underwriting and capital placement.

Prior to, he worked at a boutique private real estate investment company on the acquisitions team where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and closing transactions.

Andy holds a B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado and is an active member of the ULI Los Angeles Young Leaders Group.
