Paul Davidovac believes in building long-term wealth through Real Estate investments. He guides and educates investors to grow a portfolio of assets while generating nice returns with consistency, He has been heavily involved with equity for real estate acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations for over 5 years. He has a book of business to include institutional funds, private equity, sovereign nations, international capital, and family offices. These have included both GP and LP common equity, and preferred equity or mezzanine debt. Paul has worked with groups deploying $1M to groups writing over $100M.

Paul has over 15 years’ experience in International Business with sound, multi-multi-million-dollar investments. As Head of International Business Development for a company in London, Paul spearheaded the expansion of the company throughout Europe, China, UAE, South Africa, and USA. Paul’s multinational background has helped him gain diverse experience, as he has developed offices all over the world, formed teams in various cultures, all while working with high-net worth individuals, family offices and reputable institutions.

Paul attended Indiana University and is actively involved as an alumni coordinator for the Kelley School of Business IU Real Estate Network.
